distance courses food products/marketing

Hi,
I am an Australian living in Stockholm and looking to do some distance studying whilst I work full time. I am interested in the area of food, nutrition, product marketing, consumers and wanted some help to find courses in english that are distance within these areas. I have found a course at Umeå Uni called 'food and the consumer' and am interested in applying for it. There are also many courses in Swedish I am interested in but unfortunately my Swedish is not good enough yet. Any idea where I can find more courses with the area I would like to study?
