International Summer Programme

BI Norwegian Business School offers a four-week summer course (10 ECTS) in Oslo, Norway on Intercultural Management. Read more about our 2013 programme on these pages. Updated information for the 2014 summer will be available in October 2013.

2013 Session is concluded

Thanks to our lecturers, staff and especially our students for making the 2013 International Summer Programme a success! The programme was from 22 June - 19 July 2013, and BI hosted 75 students from 18 countries.

About the programme

• Course: Intercultural Management: A Scandinavian Perspective
• Bachelor level, 10 ECTS credits, 4 weeks in duration
• A variety of social and cultural activities included
• Minimum 1 year of university education required to apply

Included in the programme:

• Extensive exposure to Norwegian shipping, software and other industries through guest lectures and company visits
• Lectures on Intercultural Management from Scandinavian and Norwegian perspectives by highly qualified BI faculty members
• An introduction to Norwegian life and society – arts, history, economy, women’s position, politics and more
• Social and cultural activities – including sightseeing, hiking and outdoors activities, grilling, Norwegian film programme
